I guess I shouldn’t call her a vampire, but she certainly acts nocturnal. At night, she seems to only want to sleep when being held by Mommy, and not in her crib where sleep is supposed to occur. This is possibly my fault, because I’ve spoiled her by letting her sleep on my chest too much. Then again, to hell with that theory – it’s impossible to spoil a two-week-old baby. She’s an adorable little angel who depends on her parents for everything, and if she wants to snuggle I’m going to snuggle with her. Sleep be damned! Now excuse me while I head off for a nap…

(And me? I’m recovering well from the c-section and feeling pretty good. Other than the lack of sleep, that is.)
